Private Training

Personalized one-on-one lacrosse training sessions focused on improving fundamentals, stick skills, footwork, dodging, shooting, defensive positioning, and overall lacrosse IQ. Sessions are tailored to the athlete’s position, goals, and experience level to help players develop confidence and perform at a higher level during games.

Location: Kiwanis Park (or comment preferred field)
Travel: $10 upcharge for training at a field near you (paid via Venmo – dylanbryson2)

Group Training (2-10 players)

1 hr$40

High-intensity small group training focused on offensive and defensive development through fundamentals, stick skills, dodging, shooting, defensive positioning, footwork, and lacrosse IQ. Sessions include team-style drills, live reps, and game-like situations designed to help players compete, push each other, and improve decision-making on the field.

Location: Kiwanis Park (or comment preferred field)
Travel: $10 upcharge for training at a field near you (paid via Venmo – dylanbryson2)

Important:
• You must organize your own group of 2–10 players.
• One player books the session online to reserve the time.
• Once booked, the session will be published so the rest of the group can register, pay, and receive notifications.
• Each player must book and pay individually in advance.
• Sessions will not run unless the full group is confirmed.

If you have a group ready, choose a time and get your session scheduled.

Bryson Lacrosse Academy offers private and small group lacrosse training for youth and high school boys across Coastal North Carolina.

Sessions are designed to develop strong fundamentals, advanced stick skills, shooting mechanics, footwork, and lacrosse IQ through high-repetition drills and game-like situations that translate directly to real gameplay.

Powered by the Wilmington Lacrosse League, Bryson Lacrosse Academy helps players build the skills, confidence, and competitive mindset needed to succeed at the youth and high school level.
